The UK's most northerly folk festival returns in its 28th year from 1-4 May 2008. Often regarded as a prestigious event for performers, locals and visitors alike, the Shetland Folk Festival's "sessions" are amongst the best in the world and visiting artists are always impressed by the quantity and quality of local musicians on offer in Shetland.
