VisitOrkney and VisitShetland have teamed up with NorthLink Ferries and Loganair to produce promotional inserts which will feature in the Autumn/Winter edition of the Ramblers Association magazine, ‘Walk’, and also in the October edition of ‘Coast’ magazine. The two marketing organisations have produced 165,000 inserts – 105,000 for ‘Walk’ and 60,000 for ‘Coast’.

The A5 inserts feature stunning images of Orkney and Shetland and descriptions of all there is to see and do, from relaxing break to activity-packed trip. The promotion also features a free prize draw giving one lucky reader the chance to win a free holiday to Orkney and Shetland. The prize includes free ferry travel with Northlink from Aberdeen to Kirkwall, Orkney, two nights free accommodation in Orkney, free travel to Lerwick, Shetland, two nights free accommodation in Shetland and free return air travel with Loganair, from Sumburgh, Shetland to Aberdeen.
