With a continuous growth in the UK short break market and with the islands less than an hour’s flight from Glasgow/Edinburgh/Inverness we are again this year putting together a promotion on www.VisitHebrides.com called “Winter Hebrides”.

This campaign aims to promote the beauty of winter in the Hebrides which does have a certain appeal to the type of visitor who comes to our Islands.

To enhance the campaign we are looking for establishments to give us a winter offer to put on the website, ie, the serviced sector could offer 3 nights for the price of 2, or free dinner. We are looking for something that will be significant enough to encourage the visitor to make a booking. If you have self catering you could offer weekend breaks at a discount rate instead of the usual week long let.
