Philip Riddle, Chief Executive of VisitScotland, managed to meet around 120 representatives from tourism businesses in the Outer Hebrides during his visit earlier this month. As part of a Scotland-wide campaign to speak to our industry partners on a regular basis, Philip toured the islands over a 48 hour period. One of the highlights of his tour, was assisting in the launch of the prestigious 'Who Cares Wins' customer service scheme, which is aimed at nurturing ambassadors of excellence' in tourism and taking service and quality to a new level in the Outer Hebrides.
