Some attractions in Orkney will be opening their doors to the public offering free tours this month. Participating establishments include the Stromness Museum and the Orkney Wireless Museum.

In the Stromness Museum on Sunday 23 September, from 2-5pm, Bryce Wilson will be on hand to give visitors a detailed talk on the display of wartime artefacts, while visitors can view a collection of working wireless sets and a wartime photographic archive at the Orkney Wireless Museum from
10am-4pm on Saturday 29 September and from 2-5pm on Sunday 30 September.
