During the second half of May a major survey of businesses who are involved in tourism will be undertaken by independent market research company TNS Travel & Tourism.

The survey has been commissioned by VisitScotland and will involve around 9,000 businesses across Scotland in a range of business sectors.

The survey will provide businesses with an opportunity to give their feedback on the quality of the products and services provided by VisitScotland, helping us to identify priorities for improvement. All responses will be treated as confidential.

You should receive an e-mail from TNS Travel & Tourism with a link to the on-line survey during the week beginning 26th May. Completing the questionnaire by the deadline of the beginning of June will help to ensure that your opinion is taken into account.
