Scottish Enterprise update
Class events from Scottish Enterprise Scottish Enterprise has started a new series of tourism masterclasses, run in association with the Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire – the venue for the events. The first session, on attracting and retaining staff, was well attended and a review and audio clips are now on the Scottish Enterprise website.
Business insights for £25 plus VAT Scottish Enterprise has organised three Business Insight workshops for the New Year. The first, in Perth on 29 January, will focus on food destinations. Then it's off to Stirling on 5 February for a workshop on heritage tourism. There is also a half-day event on 18 March on arts and performance venues.
All the Insights are half-day events with a practical edge. The Insight sessions also usually include an interactive or "hands on" element. They're great value at just £25 per delegate (plus VAT) . . . including lunch.
