Scottish Enterprise’s next series of Tourism Masterclasses held in partnership with Gleneagles Hotel, commence in November 2007. All Masterclasses will be held at the wonderful venue of Gleneagles Hotel, Perth and they will run into 2008.

The first in the series of Masterclasses, Attracting, Developing and Retaining Top Talent Tourism, will be held on Wednesday 14 November 2007. This Masterclass will be presented by Jane Sunley, Managing Director at learnpurple

Jane will focus on how to create service excellence through staff and how to attract, motivate and develop employees by looking at the skills shortages and the talent war. Delegates are promised an innovative and entertaining session and will discover original and creative methods of recruiting, training and retaining top talent and delivering service excellence through staff.

All Masterclasses begin at 9.30am for 10.00am and end with a networking lunch at approximately 1pm. Cost is £85 + VAT.
