Tourist Board Training are offering individuals the opportunity to visit Latvia on a study visit.

Through the European Union of Tourist Officers (EUTO) a major event has been organised to provide an opportunity for colleagues from across Europe to meet and consider effective ways of working with the tourism industry to deliver a sustainable tourism product.

In September 2007, EUTO, in partnership with LATTURINFO – the Latvian Association of Tourist Officers – will be holding a study visit to Latvia on the theme of Developing Sustainable Destinations.

The visit will focus on issues such as Creating & Reviving Sustainable Destinations; Learning: the Road to Sustained Success; Innovation is the key; and No Future without Local Commitment.
