This consists of 3 National Conferences (including a Sustainable Tourism Conference), 2 Executive Seminars, 1 Learning Journey, expert-led Masterclasses, Business Insights and many more local courses and partner events. The full 2007/2008 Tourism Management Development Programme kicks off in October 2007.
The new and exciting 2007/2008 Tourism Management Development Programme will include a new Sustainable Tourism Conference in October, the ever-popular Business Tourism Conference in November and the popular Customer Service Conference next Spring. Masterclasses at Gleneagles on Attracting, Developing and Retaining Top Talent, Marketing Judo and Customer Service within tourism will also be featured along with Executive Seminars on how to re-think your business, Business Insights including Performance Venue Management, Food Tourism and Heritage and a Learning Journey to Germany to the Schindlerhoff Hotel where they do things a bit differently!
