VisitScotland has provided a helping hand to a customer with a difference – a very large customer, who is about to hit movie screens across the land, as the latest Shrek movie – “Shrek the Third” – is released in Europe and the UK later this month.

At 7ft tall and with a 102” waist, this was no ordinary kilt fitting! Lochcarron of Scotland, based in Selkirk, agreed to meet the challenge and weavers at the mill worked overtime to meet the deadline to create the giant piece of green and brown tartan.
