VisitScotland sponsors Taste of Edinburgh event - how to get involved
Taste of Edinburgh delivers a unique experience promoting Edinburgh as a culinary centre of excellence, alongside an outstanding collection of brands, restaurants and chefs. Taste of Edinburgh will be the most exciting and sophisticated food and drink event on the social calendar.
The event will be staged from Thursday 7 to Sunday 10 June in The Meadows. It will host up to 15 restaurants each offering three sample size signature dishes to 15,000 visitors. Additionally, speciality drinks and fine dining related producers and retailers will exhibit products and services.
A cultural element will be provided through various feature/entertainment stages, each focusing on a different genre of performance-based entertainment along with chef demonstrations and wine tasting.
