Tourism e-business workshops – April & May dates available

  • Does your website attract enough visitors?
  • Are they the right kind of people?
  • Does it translate into bookings and profits?

The Scottish Tourism Forum has joined forces with Scottish Enterprise to help tourism businesses to get the most out of the internet, and are running a series of workshops on e-business – tackling everything from setting up or improving your website to being found on search engines.

The workshops will show how you can make the most of new technology without breaking the bank. The one-day courses are suitable for novices and experienced internet users.

Industry speakers will demystify the web – explaining jargon and technical terms. We’ll also give you expert insight into new customer trends and tell you what help is available in your area.

On hand will be speakers from Scottish Enterprise, VisitScotland and VisitScotland.com. As part of each workshop there will be one-to-one sessions allowing delegates to get personalised advice from their chosen speakers.

The workshops cost just £30 plus VAT for each delegate to attend. The price includes lunch. Don’t miss out on the internet revolution and the benefits it brings. Book your place today.
