Tourist Board Training develops and co-ordinates innovative, flexible and sustainable learning opportunities and recently became a learndirect scotland branded learning centre by meeting the high quality of standards required.
TBT’s workshops are designed to enhance the skills of tourism operators and have been developed to recognise the growing niche markets and to ensure that all tourism operators are maximising the potential benefits to their business. These workshops provide the first step in accessing VisitScotland Quality Assurance Welcome Schemes.
