Prof Brian Hay and Dr Rory McLellan of Strathclyde University debate for and against the options for tourism taxation in Scotland on 7 March.
The debate will take place at Strathclyde University, Glasgow G4 0LG commencing at 12.00noon and finishing by 2.00pm. A light buffet will be served.
