The Sustainable Kitchens for the Future Group are calling for operators of commercial kitchens, in hotels or restaurants to take part in vital research to identify and benchmark the optimum energy use per table cover.
You could be selected to have the gas, electricity and water that the appliances in your kitchen uses, metered free-of-charge. Your results will not only give you a unique insight into how you can operate more efficiently and save utility costs, but will also be used to help the hospitality industry save energy in the long term.
