As the quieter period is upon us, this is the ideal opportunity for you and your staff to attend one of the workshops that Tourist Board Training are currently running.
Tourist Board Training (TBT) develops and co-ordinates innovative, flexible and sustainable learning opportunities and recently became a Leandirect Scotland branded learning centre by meeting the high quality of standards required.
TBT’s workshops are designed to enhance the skills of tourism operators and have been developed to recognise the growing niche markets and to ensure that all tourism operators are maximising the potential benefits to their business. These workshops provide the first step in accessing VisitScotland Quality Assurance Welcome Schemes.
