St Andrew's in the Square needs you!

With Celtic Connections just around the corner, here’s your chance to do your bit for Glasgow in this year’s Scottish Traditional Music Awards, by casting a vote for nominee St Andrew’s in the Square.

St Andrew’s in the Square, Glasgow’s Centre for Scottish Culture is the only Glasgow venue to have reached the finals of the awards, which will be held in Fort William at the end of November.

The Glasgow venue, which is committed to traditional Scottish music and dance with a 21st century appeal, is up against four other leading venues in the country, with the eventual winner chosen through a public vote.

One of Glasgow’s heritage gems, St Andrew’s in the Square has enjoyed a renaissance of cultural and musical activity over the last two years. The host of the renowned St Andrew’s Festival running this year from November 29 until December 2, this 250 year old former church has established itself as one of the top acoustic music venues in the city.
