The curtains have closed on the fourth Glasgow Film Festival in February with the news that admissions have increased by 25% on last year, reaching almost 20,000 in the ten-day programme.
Billed as the ‘The Fantastic Fourth’, this year’s festival was again sponsored by VisitScotland.
The record number of festival-goers also got to see the new VisitScotland ‘Perfect Day’ ad, which was shown in isolation immediately before every screening.
Dates have now been set for the fifth festival, which will take place from 12 to 22 February 2009.
