Fifteen Glasgow restaurants have made the shortlist for this year’s Scottish Restaurant Awards, due to be announced at the end of the month.

The Scottish Restaurant Awards recognise the creativity, outstanding customer service and top quality dining that is on offer throughout Scotland, in 13 separate restaurant categories.

The winners will be announced at a glittering award ceremony held at Edinburgh’s EICC on 28 January 2008.

Each winning restaurant is voted for by the Scottish Public and the Scottish Restaurant Award Judges.
