Business tourism workshops
Business tourism is worth £1 billion a year to Scotland’s economy—a quarter of all tourism spend. However, this exciting and lucrative market is also a demanding one where customers’ expectations require the highest levels of service and professionalism.
Following on from last week’s sell-out Business Tourism Conference at Glasgow’s Radisson SAS hotel, Scottish Enterprise has scheduled a further series of business tourism workshops to run in Glasgow in January and February, which will give you an opportunity to network and share good practice as well as gain practical advice.
This year’s workshops include:
The successful showround – the successful booking Glasgow: 25 January 2007
Selling your venue – achieving more successful bookings Glasgow: 28 February 2007
Due to the participative nature of the workshops, numbers are limited, so make sure you book early to secure your place.
The workshops also have scheduled dates in Edinburgh. For further information and a booking form, contact Katharine at Starkevents on 0141 357 2235 or e-mail katharine@starkeventsuk.com
