Unique attraction highlights Kingdom golf
A new visitor attraction in Fife will give budding golfers the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of Tiger Woods and Colin Montgomerie without stepping foot on a golf course.
Green 2 Screen, based in Kirkcaldy, gives visitors the opportunity to play 57 world renowned courses on one of three state of the art indoor golf simulators. The simulators not only provide a great day out but can also be used for more serious golfers looking to develop their game.
This year will see Green 2 Screen highlighted in St Andrews & The Kingdom of Fife golf guide for the first time.
The guide, produced by VisitScotland Fife, features some 46 golf courses from across the Kingdom as well as 40 golfer friendly accommodation providers in the area many with special offers and tailored packages to suit all golfers.
Adding to the visitor experience is a detailed list of golf tour operators, practice centres and driving ranges and a ‘Great Value Golf’ section highlighting innovative promotions including the First in Fife golf pass and the Old Course Off Peak as well as tuition packages for those looking to hone their skills.
With a print run of 40,000, the guide will be the main tool for marketing Fife as the ideal golfing destination. It will be used in a range of direct mailings to entice potential visitors with an interest of golf in the area and also used in selected golf titles.
