Anstruther Fish Bar bags another top award

The Anstruther Fish Bar has scooped the staff training and development award at the recent Fish and Chip Shop of the Year competition, run by industry body Seafish.

The award is presented to the fish and chip shop which has shown the most commitment to the training and development of its staff.

”We’re delighted to be able to take this award home for them. They work extremely hard to maintain reputation as one of the top chippies in Scotland and helping them progress in their career gives us great satisfaction,” said owner Alison Smith.
