A hit for The Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort and Spa
Eight talented employees at The Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa in St Andrews have been awarded a prestigious training scholarship by the Hospitality Industry Trust (HIT) Scotland.
The budding employees will undertake placements in establishments both at home and abroad. The scholarships include world-class training in one of the most prestigious hotel schools in the world – The École Hotelière de Lausanne in Switzerland; a two-week structured training programme at the famous "six-star" Jumeirah Beach Resort in Dubai; and management experience in renowned UK hotels.
HIT Scotland, the hospitality industry's trust, encourages and develops emerging talent within Scotland's hospitality industry by offering practical support through bursaries and work placements.
