As part of the 2006 East Neuk Seafood Celebration, organised by VisitScotland Fife, Fife Council and supported by the national Sea Fish Industry Authority, visitors to the Pitttenweem Arts Festival were treated to live cookery demonstrations and tasting by chefs from Adam Smith College and stalls selling fresh fish, all highlighting the vast array of seafood delights in the area.
