The Fife Tourism Alliance
The Fife Tourism Alliance, the area tourism partnership for Fife, is undertaking a special strategy workshop on 22 May to input to the development of a new Fife Tourism Strategy, 2006 – 2010.
The development of the strategy is in line with the publication of the national “Tourism Framework for Change” by the Scottish Executive in March and the session will focus on the actions, priorities and opportunities necessary at the local level to contribute to the national ambition of growth of 50% in tourism revenue for Scotland by 2010. The Alliance members will be considering priorities under key themes of Knowing Our Market, Marketing Fife, Exceeding Visitors’ Expectations, Sustainable Tourism.
