Robert Conway, proprietor of Arden House has been welcomed as the new Chairman of the East Lothian Tourism Forum.
Robert has taken over the role of Chair from previous Chairman, Alan Russell and Vice Chairman Nico De Freitas who stepped down from their roles after many years of service to the Forum.
Robert has a great deal of experience in the tourism industry having run a B&B in East Lothian before taking on Arden House, an eight-bed guest house, in 2005. Since taking on the guest house Robert has raised the grading of Arden House from three-star to four-star quality.
As the new Chairman, Robert would like to invite businesses to the next meeting of the Forum, which will be in The Scottish Seabird Centre in North Berwick on the 27th March @ 18.30hrs. A short business meeting will be followed by a tour of the Centre. East Lothian Tourism Forum will welcome as many old and new faces and look forward to their views and contribution.
