VisitScotland Edinburgh and Lothians issued an e-blast to its online consumer database of 21,000 last month to promote seasonal offers and encourage visitors to come to Edinburgh during the off-peak season.
The ‘January Sale’ e-blast highlighted seasonal accommodation offers, ideas for a short breaks in the area and Dine Around Edinburgh 2007. The Dine Around Edinburgh promotion, which runs from 8 January to 4 February, offers set two course meals for £15 at a selection of Edinburgh’s finest eating establishments.
