As mentioned in last month’s eUpdate, an innovative series of product knowledge tours have been developed as part of the Edinburgh and Glasgow Collaboration Project to give frontline staff a good grounding in what makes your sister city tick.
Run by Rabbie’s Trail Burners, the six diverse tours—three for each city— will allow your staff to explore a little of each city’s history, what attracts tourists today and also provide an insight into major developments shaping the cities for the years ahead.
The themes and dates of the tours are as follows:
