Prestonfield has been awarded the AA’s highest grading - Five Red Stars – for its exceptional quality of accommodation and customer service. Not only did the hotel meet all of the criteria for 5 star hotels, it was rated at the very top of each category.

Prestonfield was delighted to receive this highest accolade and become the only five red star hotel in Edinburgh, ranking Prestonfield alongside handful of other Scottish five red star hotels such as Gleneagles.

The prestigious award is a great milestone to mark almost three years to the day since James Thomson reopened Prestonfield with a gala dinner for the cast of the MTV Music awards.
