One of the key defining aspects of a visitors experience happens before they arrive on their holiday. Good communication, confirmation, receipts, directions, are all important to win your customer before they arrive. This ensures a positive frame of mind before they cross your threshold.

Vernon Ballantine, ICT Officer has created a customer database which automatically creates confirmation letters, receipts for deposit and full payment, enables you to customise letters, creates a customer satisfaction questionnaire, and a QA response form.

It also works as a database to use for direct marketing for future business. And what's more, it’s free! Vernon will come and install the database on your computer and explain how to use it effectively.
