Good news for two D&G businesses
Two businesses in Dumfries & Galloway collected their TIDA awards in Glasgow this month.
Robin Hogg from Galloway Cycling Holidays based in Castle Douglas and Mike Harris from Criffel Coaches based in Dumfries both won Tourism Innovation Development Awards from Scottish Enterprise.
Robin has expanded his successful Cycling Holidays to include Walking Tours. He said: "We are a wee bit different in that we arrange 'leisure' walking breaks, normally up to 12 miles a day, using mostly existing popular way-marked walking routes".
Mike specialises in personalised Coach Tours around the regions.
