To assist local hoteliers, bed & breakfast owners and caterers in due diligence when handling food, JHP Training in Dumfries are registered by the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) to deliver its 'Elementary Food Hygiene' course certified by REHIS.
The company have also extended their training porfolio covering SVQ Assessments for Hospitality Levels II and III and Management level III to include Elementary Food Hygiene from REHIS as a nationally recognised safeguard to food handlers education.
