As we are fast approaching Easter our Customer Services team are busily preparing themselves for the season.

Seasonal centres will re-open on 20 March in Eyemouth, Selkirk and Harestanes Countryside Visitor Centre. Needless to say returning seasonal staff are refreshing their local product knowledge and getting to grips with new systems and procedures that have been introduced over the winter months.

We have also been recruiting new staff who have a hectic schedule of induction, systems and product knowledge training to help prepare them for the myriad of questions they are likely to encounter.

We are delighted to welcome back all three staff Sheena, Joany and Lynsay to Eyemouth and Allan and Catherine to Selkirk. While three new staff - Melanie, Ann and Alan - will be joining our team at Harestanes.
