Here is your invitation to VisitScotland’s first networking event for tourism businesses in and around Oban.

This is a great new opportunity to make new contacts and catch up with existing ones over a few refreshments in the relaxed atmosphere of the tourist information centre exhibition area. A mix of attractions, activity operators and other tourism businesses are coming in to share ideas and make a few new contacts in the local industry. It is also a chance for you to meet the new intake of seasonal staff who will be training in the TIC ahead of the Easter rush.

Business Relationship Manager Alison Feaks explains: “The TIC is effectively the centre of the tourism community, so it makes sense for us to use our space to bring industry contacts together for a coffee and a chat. It’s a great networking opportunity for local businesses, and it also gives us a chance to catch up in a more relaxed environment.

“This is our first business networking event, but if it’s successful, we’ll organise more in the future, both here in Oban and at our other Argyll TICs,”.
