Are you taking up a junior management position? Or do you have a junior manager who could benefit from some practical advice and training? This two-day course in Bannockburn is the development plan you need.

Designed for newly appointed or developing junior managers, the course helps equip them for becoming effective and pro-active leaders of teams and also covers self, time and business management skills.

Delegates will investigate new ways of coaching, motivating and delegating work to staff and cover how to give and receive constructive feedback. At the end of day two, delegates will complete the course by creating a personal action plan.
