Presented by Forth Valley College, this is a new taste temptation focusing on how to improve breakfast including some healthy options and choices for guests.
Delegates are encouraged to brush up on their breakfast service and shown how to add a local dimension and flavour to food menus cost-effectively. You’ll also obtain some top tips on sourcing the freshest produce and it also raises awareness of our customers’ ever changing tastes, menu requirements and attitudes to food.
Ideal for all who make the day to day decisions about catering and do the cooking within their tourism establishment. Delegates receive recipe guides and an opportunity to savour some samples created by the chef/trainer.
