Local operator Jessie MacFarlane, who has a self catering property on the Isle of Islay, is starting up a new leisure flights business covering the west coast of Scotland.

Based on Islay, visitors will now be able to experience the beauty of the west coast islands and sea lochs from the unique vantage point of the air.

Along with the pleasure flights, a shuttle service between Prestwick and Islay Airports will be operated. With new flights between Sweden and Prestwick, and the Swedes’ well documented love of the dram, Jessie hopes that there will be plentiful business to be found for visitors wanting to get to the island quickly.
