Fairtrade and Green tourism key to Dundee TIC success
Fairtrade Fortnight has been running since 26 February. The theme of this year’s is Change Today, Choose Fairtrade.
With over 2000 Fairtrade certified products now available, it’s easier than ever to change what you eat, drink and wear to that of Fairtrade, and make a positive change today to the lives of millions and help farmers in developing countries.
Dundee TIC, the only Fairtrade workplace in the city, has been displaying a number of Fairtrade items alongside the office's information on green issues. The office itself is also now using a number of Fairtrade products and for this reason, the organisers of Fairtrade Fortnight have recognised the teams efforts by awarding them a Fairtrade certificate.
