Slow food network event
VisitScotland and Scottish Enterprise Tayside invite you to the third in our series of popular network events.
If you interested in using good quality local produce, are keen to reduce the miles food sometimes travels from field to plate and would like to learn more about Perth’s bid to become the first town in Scotland to join the Cittaslow (Italian for ‘Slow City’) network, then please get in touch and let us know you will be able to come along.
Speakers include Douglas Ritchie, Cittaslow Project Officer, Atholl Glens Organic Meats & Perth Farmer’s Market. The event will take place on 22 February at Baxters, Blackford from 7:00pm. A buffet will also be provided.
Please contact Margaret Campbell, no later than the 20th of February, if you would like to attend on 01738 450 618 or email: margaret.campbell@visitscotland.com
