Restaurants in Angus & Dundee, Perthshire and Fife are set to benefit from the highly popular Dine Around fixed-price dining promotion which has generated over half a million pounds in additional sales for participants elsewhere in Scotland since its launch two years ago. Over 150 restaurants, from the Borders to the Highlands, have participated in VisitScotland’s nine Dine Around promotions to date with huge levels of satisfaction reported from restaurateurs and consumers alike.

Dine Around gives the restaurants an ideal opportunity to showcase their wares and reach out to a new audience during what is traditionally a quieter time of the year for the industry. It also provides the incentive for people to explore restaurants they may not otherwise have visited, introducing them to the culinary talent Scotland has to offer.

The long-term aim is to establish Dine Around East of Scotland as a regular fixture on the cultural calendar in the area so that over time, more and more visitors will time their trip to coincide with the excellent value and high quality dining experiences that Dine Around offers.
