The 2006 Open Championship taking place at Hoylake, Royal Liverpool will be the home for VisitScotland Angus & Dundee staff promoting accommodation ahead of the Carnoustie Open 2007.

Six members of staff from the Dundee Tourist Information Centre and the Angus & Dundee network office will be on hand to support all queries from golf fans looking to book their accommodation ahead of one of golf’s most prestigious events.

As well as accommodation, the team will also be offering advice and support on things to see and do, places to eat and drink and anything else to maximise the ease of getting around the area.

In order to accommodate the large number of enquiries from potential visitors VisitScotland Angus & Dundee has been actively seeking temporary accommodation providers from Carnoustie, Dundee and the surrounding area.
