Work has already begun on Aberdeen’s three Thistle Hotels, at Aberdeen Airport, Aberdeen Altens and Aberdeen Caledonian, in a major refurbishment project which will see a total of 502 bedrooms in Thistle Hotels across Scotland being refurbished throughout 2008 and 2009.

In the Granite City, 20 bedrooms in the Aberdeen Airport hotel were refurbished in January this year, while work on 21 bedrooms at the Aberdeen Caledonian began at the same time. A total of 48 bedrooms are being worked on at the Aberdeen Altens hotel between October 2007 and April 2008.
