Today sees the launch of VisitScotland’s new visitor guide for Moray, a total of 60,000 guides have been printed. The guides will be widely distributed throughout outlets in Moray and across the north of Scotland through the VisitScotland Tourist Information Centre network.
The Moray visitor guide is a hard copy item of print detailing things to do and see in Moray, and will play an integral role in retaining visitors in the Moray area.
VisitScotland’s Regional Director for the Highlands, Scott Armstrong said: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Moray into the Highland area for VisitScotland’s tourism promotion. This new visitor guide is the first example of joint working to promote the area. I’m sure the guide will play a large part in holding visitors for a longer period in Moray by informing them of the areas many attractions.”
Moray Councillor John Russell commented: “The Moray Council are pleased to be working closely with the Highland region for the promotion of the areas tourism product, and we are delighted to see such high quality items of promotional material being produced for Moray such as the new visitor guide. We look forward to building a strong long term relationship as tourism is an integral part of the Moray economy.”
