Designed to support anyone working in tourism and hospitality in Scotland, 100k Welcomes has been developed on behalf of Scottish Enterprise and Highlands & Islands Enterprise and replaces the Best Service and Welcome Host courses. Portlethen-based training company DM Training Consultants Ltd has recently been awarded a licence to deliver the 100k Welcomes Leadership and Operations programmes throughout Scotland.
