Tourism businesses in Aberdeen and Grampian have the opportunity to experience a brand new training programme with a number of 2 day ‘taster’ courses over the summer months.
Due to be officially launched in the autumn, ‘100k Welcomes’ is designed to complement the Scottish Tourism Framework for Change and is based on four concepts: seeing your business as the customer sees it; why and how to make your people the best asset; creating the wow factor for customers; and taking action.
The 2 day programmes will take place in Aberdeen city centre, Deeside and Banff over July and August.
